For a loan repaid within 90 days (and no more than 3 months), the fixed interest rate is 4.06% and the annual effective interest (APR) is 4.1554%. The cost for the customer is 8 lei, representing 0.5% of the total value of the loan, and the total value of the loan is 1,608 lei.

The ambient climate is pleasant, without areas with temperature differences. Adjusting the heat is done simply, by means of the thermostat in its endowment. In this way, we can opt for different temperatures depending on the time spent at home or our preferences and needs.
