RETURN POLICY
Exercising the right of withdrawal
The consumer informs E-FABRIK ON LINE CONCEPT SRL about the decision to withdraw from the contract through the return form.
The consumer has 14 days from receiving the products to announce the withdrawal from the contract.
To return a product, please follow the steps below:
1. Read the terms and conditions below;
2. Complete the return form and wait to be contacted by our colleagues;
3. After you have received the sending confirmation, please send the products via the courier company Sameday Courier, to the address indicated by our colleagues;
Payment of the transport for the sent products (return) is your responsibility;
4. After the products have reached us and have been checked, you will be contacted regarding the development and completion of this procedure.

The obligations of E-FABRIK ON LINE CONCEPT SRL
Full reimbursement of the amounts received as payment, the reimbursement of the amounts being realized using the same reasonably applied payment methods. The fulfillment of the reimbursement obligation is done within 14 days from the receipt of the return request.


The obligations of the consumer
The products are handed over to E-FABRIK ON LINE CONCEPT SRL personally or delivered to an authorized person (designated courier) without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 days from the announcement of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
The consumer bears the return costs.


Return of products
You can request the return of products in the following cases:

- The delivered product does not correspond to the specifications on the website. You can request its return for replacement or a full refund of the consideration (in case the product is no longer available).
- Non-functional/damaged product within the first 48 hours (2 working days) from reception. If the purchased product was delivered non-functional or has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a functional product. We recommend that the verification/testing of the products be done within 48 hours. Any subsequent complaint is not taken into account.
- Product in a damaged package. For products whose parcels show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you refuse to receive them. For evidence, the package can be photographed and a report can be drawn up together with the representative of the courier company, in which the state of the package from the time of delivery is mentioned.
- Products delivered wrongly. In case a different product than the one ordered was delivered.
