Keep in mind that, for this function, the oven does not require preheating and the door must remain closed during preparation. How to set the baking temperature depending on the dishes
In addition to setting a specific function to help you prepare food quickly, you also need to consider the temperature setting. Here's what the optimal temperature is for different types of food, so you can be sure they'll cook evenly and be delicious:

- Cakes – when making cakes, it is essential to preheat the oven for about ten minutes before placing the tray in the oven. The optimal baking temperature should be set between 150 and 200 degrees Celsius. It is also recommended not to open the oven door for the first three quarters of the time required to bake the cake. If you want to cook two trays of cakes, do not forget to leave a shelf space between them. For example, for muffins, cake tops and tart dough, the baking temperature should be set to 180 degrees Celsius.

- Meat and fish – for red meat (beef, lamb, pork), the recommended cooking temperature is between 200 and 250 degrees Celsius. This way, the meat remains juicy on the inside and browns on the outside. For white meat (fish, chicken), the temperature should be set at 150-175 degrees Celsius. Use a larger piece of meat so that it does not dry out during cooking. Finally, you can leave the meat in the oven for another 15 minutes, so that the juices inside soften it. Pour a little water into the drip tray to avoid smoke forming in the oven during baking.

- Puff pastry and pastry doughs - the right temperature for baking is 190-200 degrees Celsius, so that the puff pastry sheets do not dry out;

- Bread and yeast dough – bread is baked at an optimal temperature between 180-210 degrees Celsius. The lower and upper heating function is recommended, for 30-45 minutes. In the case of cozonacs, due to the high sugar content, the appropriate baking temperature is 180-190 degrees Celsius.

- Pizza – in the case of electric ovens that are equipped with a special pizza function, you must set the baking temperature between 200-220 degrees Celsius, for 25-35 minutes. If you do not have an oven equipped with this function, you can set the function with upper and lower heating, at the same temperature and for the same time, to bake the pizza crust. If you are preparing frozen pizza, the temperature should be set to 200 degrees Celsius, for 15-20 minutes, and the tray should be placed on the third level of the oven. The recommended functions are pizza, upper and lower heating.

- Potato wedges – to prepare potato wedges in the electric oven, you need to place the tray on the middle shelf and set the baking temperature to 250 degrees Celsius, for about 15 minutes, on the upper and lower heating function. Then switch to the grill function for another ten minutes, so that they brown nicely. If you don't have a grill function, you can move the tray to the lower or upper area of the oven and let them brown for five or ten minutes.
