Oney Credit Solutions (3xOney and 4xOney) are provided by Oney Bank to eligible natural persons for (a) insignificant costs (maximum 0.5% of the total value of the loan) or (b) free of charge (in promotional campaigns) being repayable in a maximum of 60 of days (for 3xOney) or 90 days, but not more than 3 months (for 4xOney). Oney Credit Solutions are available exclusively for products and services sold online and are valid for a minimum credit of 450 Lei and a maximum of 12,000 Lei.
By accepting this document, you confirm that you understand and agree that your exercise of the right to cancel the sale-purchase contract and return the products purchased from E-Fabrik for which you benefited from a 3x Oney or 4x Oney credit solution on the basis of a credit agreement concluded online with Oney Bank, entails the automatic termination of the credit agreement without any other formality, in accordance with the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE ONLINE GRANT OF ONEY CREDIT SOLUTIONS (3XONEY AND 4XONEY) and the terms and conditions of this page.
In such a situation, by accepting this document, you understand and agree that the reimbursement by E-Fabrik On Line Concept SRL of all amounts financed in this way will be carried out by E-Fabrik On Line Concept SRL using the same payment method used by you, more precisely by the return by E-Fabrik On Line Concept SRL of the full amount of the purchase price and any amounts financed by the credit agreement, to the account indicated by Oney Bank for the purpose of paying the amounts owed by you in connection with the 3xOney credit or the 4xOney credit.
