Coffee quality: Before roasting the beans, Tchibo subjects them to a quick check. Coffee tasters test random samples containing small quantities of roasted and brewed coffee from each shipment we receive. The sample tells the experts everything about the composition, acidity and aroma of the coffee. This allows our experts to evaluate each shipment and determine the final recipe for the final product.
